Day 4

I drank tons of water today! Didn't have breakfast because I laid in bed till noon so I had and egg, toast, and a bunch of roasted veggies for lunch. I was doing a ton of running around so had a veggie sub with no cheese from subway. 

I did my workout at home and went to the gym where I did half an hour on the stair master and 20 mins on the bike. 

I now have a goal, to wear a really cute dress that is a bit to small on my Birthday when I am in Vancouver :) it is 89 days away, wouldn't it be great if the dress was to big?
